International Shipping
We ship internationally. Please note that customs clearance processes are outside of our control, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities. Tracking information will be provided once it becomes available.

• International: 7–18 business days

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery estimate.
During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, we will investigate the issue with the carrier. Resolutions such as replacement or refund will be provided at our discretion based on the carrier’s tracking status and investigation outcome.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
